PRIVATE TRAINING

Private training consists of 1 player and 1 coach. These highly intensive sessions will be tailored to focus on your weaknesses, strengths and new areas of your game to enhance your level of gameplay.

SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING

Small group or semi-private training consists of groups of 2-8 players. Players are grouped together by friendships, experience levels and common goals. The session will consist of game applicable skills training and small games to put new skills to the test.

GROUP TRAINING

Our seasonal group training program consists of all athletes who are preparing for their upcoming seasons. The athletes will participate in our skill development training system and will be able to apply those skills during a controlled scrimmage led by our coaches.

SUMMER SKILLS TRAINING

Summer skills training consists of small group training with a ProBound player development coach. These specialized sessions will give players additional focused teaching that is harder to get in larger group or clinic setting. Whether you are a seasoned player, totally new to the sport, or just looking for some exercise, we have a curriculum that is totally fit for you!
