Junior Pro I

for Ages 7 – 10

This program is for younger athletes who are interested in learning the fundamentals of basketball. Our well trained and experienced coaching staff will teach the proper techniques of ball handling, passing, shooting as well as breaking down basketball rules & terms.

Our typical session includes 40-minute complete skill development, 10 minutes of balance, footwork, hand-eye coordination, and 10 minutes of scrimmages. This will be an energetic atmosphere and fun experience for your child, while learning the fundamentals of the game. Join us TODAY!

Junior Pro II

for Ages 11 – 13

This program is for younger athletes who are interested in dominating their upcoming middle school season. Our well trained and experienced coaching staff will teach transferable skills to enhance your level of play.

Our typical session includes 40-minute complete skill development, 10 minutes of vertical jump training and 10 minutes of scrimmages. This will be an energetic atmosphere and fun experience for your child, while learning the fundamentals of the game. Join us TODAY!

HS Training Camp

for Ages 14 – 16

This program is for high school athletes who are interested in dominating their upcoming high school season. Our well trained and experienced coaching staff will teach the necessary skills to enhance your level of play in preparation for your upcoming season.

Our typical session includes 40-minute complete skill development, 10 minutes of plyometric jump training and 10 minutes of scrimmages. This will be an energetic atmosphere and challenging experience for your child. Join us TODAY!

PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS

1 on 1 hour-long lessons designed to maximize the individual attention players receive from the coach while focusing on specific weaknesses of the player(s). During these sessions, players focus on improving their competencies in shooting, ball handling, finishing moves, and playing 1 on 1 against the coach.
